I have known Chelsea since she was little.  I have watched this girl grow up into a very determined young lady.  I completely enjoyed getting to know Chuck.  He is so fun and he definitely keeps Chelsea happy.  They are perfect for each other and I wish them the absolute best in all that they do.  I was honored to capture their perfect wedding day for them.  

What can I say about this wedding?  THE SWEETEST STORY I HAVE EVER HAD.   Irene & Roger have been together for 16 years.  They we’re completely happy together and we’re worried about or planning on getting married.  Irene’s grandmother was in California and Irene felt God put it in her heart that her grandmother needed to be in Springfield, MO to be close to family.  Her grandmother had not seen one of her grandchildren get married and said it was something that she wanted to see so Irene & Roger started planning a wedding (their wedding).  I met them 2 days before their big day to spend time and do the engagement session.  Roger wouldn’t smile and it took me a while to realized that when I told them to kiss he would get the biggest smile on his face = Priceless.  So come the wedding day and we did a 1st look with Grandma (below) which was so incredibly sweet and emotional.  Then we did the 1st look with Roger & Irene and after being together for 16 years, having kids together, the ups and downs together this was the most emotional precious moment I have ever experienced.  His excitement to see her in that wedding dress and to know that after 16 years of them being together this day meant so much.  I love this family and will cherish these memories.   Thank you Irene & Roger

Justin & Jordan Wedding at Samuel Cedars

 

When I met Justin & Jordan for their engagement session I knew that this wedding at Samuel Cedars would be amazing.   Jordan looked absolutely stunning and so calm and just went with the flow of the wedding day.  Justin and the guys were so great and had a hard time taking serious shots so they decided to look away when serious shots were needed.  Jordan and the girls were so much fun, so helpful to Jordan and they were up for anything.  It was a very hot day but you couldn’t tell it on anyones face, they took it in stride.   Right before the wedding started their was an awesome cloud that covered the sun so the entire wedding was lit perfectly.  The wedding was beautiful and they did a wine box where they sealed letters and put them in the box to open later.   Justin did a great job on the kiss (after having him practice several times during the engagement session, lol).  The reception was decorated beautiful and the food was great.  Jordan & Justin’s first dance was perfect and watching them laugh and talk through the entire dance just showed how this couple is meant to be.  Then came the father/daughter dance.  This was priceless.  Jordan & her dad started slow and then completely changed the music and did dances through the generations.  Great job!!!  The cake was beautiful and Jordan & Justin were so sweet to each other and no cake anywhere but their mouth.  Thank you so much for such an awesome wedding and hope you enjoy the memories.

This couple is so awesome and from the engagement photos to the wedding photos they are absolutely stunning.  We had such a blast in the snow in their engagement photos and they were such troopers in the cold.  Nick & Courtney’s wedding was beautiful and even with the rain it was just perfect.   It was eventful which always makes it so memorable.  Courtney was gorgeous and loved the dress, flowers, shoes and jewelry.  Nick looked great and it wish we would have had ties earlier so we could have spent more time with the guys they were such a fun group.  The wedding was absolutely beautiful and short ceremony.  We got to spend some time after the wedding at the Nixa park when we captured some amazing shots of Courtney and Nick (after the rain stopped).  Thank you Courtney & Nick for choosing us as your wedding photographers and hope you enjoy the memories.

Matt & Nicole’s wedding was absolutely beautiful.   Nicole was gorgeous and her dress was perfect.  The wedding was at CreedsTown and it was a perfect day for a wedding.  Their first look was awesome and Matts face when he turned around and saw Nicole in her dress was priceless.   I completely enjoyed this entire wedding.  It was such a great wedding party and even though we rushed through parts of the posed photos they turned out great.   Even through Nicole had some mishaps like Matts’ truck breaking down and he was stranded Nicole handled it with ease and wasn’t going to let anything change the perfect day.  Thanks Nicole & Matt for choosing Creative Shots Photography for your wedding photography.  During the reception Matt & Nicole and I ventured off into the field for some amazingly lit photos that turned out absolutely beautiful.

Pete & Ruby what can I say about this couple.  Completely awesome!   This wedding was so on time and relaxed and organized.  Ruby was beautiful and such a great bride.   Both of them have a large family and I loved their large families and the wedding party (which consisted mostly of siblings) was such a blast.  Pete & Rubys 1st look was beautiful and watching Pete pray about the day, their marriage and family was so priceless watching Ruby’s smile shine as he lead them in prayer.   The dad look (this is always my favorite part of the wedding day) was absolutely sweet and mom and the bridesmaids all teared up watching Ruby’s dad see her for the 1st time before he gave her away to Pete.  Pete and his brothers were so much fun and in their white shirts (before the tuxes) they were relaxed and just having fun – priceless.  Thank you Pete & Ruby for choosing us as your photographer for this amazing day.  Thanks Samuel Cedars.
